This dataset is generated by the Water Affairs Bureau of Qitaihe City during the discharge of its functions and powers for flood and drought disaster prevention. It includes periodic rainfall information, river hydrological information, reservoir water level information, risk warning information and other relevant data from multiple monitoring stations across the entire administrative region of Qitaihe City. This dataset can be utilized for the early prevention of flood and drought disasters as well as the planning and construction of water conservancy engineering projects.
