The study involved in lipid anabolism, catabolism, absorption and transport in the hepatopancreas of mud crab female Scylla paramamosain at different ovarian maturation stages

We report the application of next-generation sequencing technology for transcriptome analysis of hepatopancreas of mud crab female Scylla paramamosain at different ovarian maturation stages. We find genomic regions showing change of the hepatopancreas of mud crab female Scylla paramamosain at different ovarian maturation stages, which was significantly with differential gene expression.
