Telemedicine in urology database.

A cross-sectional descriptive observational study was carried out using a non-probabilistic sampling method. An electronic survey was performed using Google forms software (online services) was promoted via WhatsApp. The electronic survey consists of 39 questions directed to practicing urologists in Mexico. The link to the survey was shared through urological societies such as the National College of Urology, the College of Urology of Puebla and the Mexican Society of Urology; it was also shared during the Theoretical and Practical Course on Diagnosis and Treatment of Localized Prostate Cancer 2023. The survey's first page had a description of the objective of the study and the participants had to select the box in which they agreed to participate, this was considered as an informed consent, if they did not do so the survey was not shown, then an explanation of the survey was displayed. Responses were received during the month of January 2023 and the link was closed in the first week of February. All responses were copied into an Excel spreadsheet for data analysis.
