Tracing processing signals from polyA- and non-polyA-tailed transcripts based on degradome-seq in Arabidopsis

Degradome-seq is a powerful tool for tracing the processing signals from non-coding RNA precursors. Here, by employing different strategies for degradome library construction (rRNA removal: "rRNA-"; and polyA-enriched: "polyA"), we aimed to uncover whether the transcription of the non-coding precursors was RNA Pol II-dependent.
