Reference sequences

These files contain the gidA protein sequence (the first gene after the origin of replication in the B. pertussis genome), sequences for each of the prominent B. pertussis IS elements, Tohama I reference genome sequence, Tohama I reference protein sequences, and draft Illumina-only genome sequences for UK36, UK38, UK39, UK48 and UK76 (these were used to estimate % identity of our nanopore-only and hybrid assemblies).
