Endometrial microbiota in infertile women with and without chronic endometritis

There is a lack of consensus in defining chronic endometritis (CE), our group has previously established a new threshold of plasma cell density for the diagnosis of CE (Liu et al., 2018). In this project, we aim to characterize and compare the endometrial microbiota of women with and without CE defined by our more stringent diagnostic criterion.
