资源简介:
Bladder cancer (BCa) is one of the most common genitourinary malignancies worldwide, with a high recurrence and mortality rate. Previous study revealed that EV-packaged ELNAT1 played an important role in the occurrence and development of human cancer. However, the specific mechanism of EV-packaged ELNAT1 in inducing the lymphangiogenesis and lymphatic metastasis of BCa is still unclear. Our study aims to detect the target genes of ELNAT1 and the underlying mechanism in the lymphatic metastasis of BCa. Overall design: To explore the molecular mechanism of ELNAT1 in the lymphatic metastasis of bladder cancer, the UM-UC-3, T24 and 5637 bladder cancer cell lines with ELNAT1 stably overexpress were constructed. The total RNA of the transfected cells was extracted and the next generation sequencing was used to identify the expressing profile difference between NC and overexpression group.
