Transcripomic resposes of three Pseudomonas strains to zinc

Pseudomonas is one of the most diverse bacterial genera identified in soil, water, plant and clinical samples. Genome sequence analysis revealed that this genus could be cluster into three lineage and ten groups, each group could employ different mechanisms to enable themselves to thrive in zinc-depleted or high-zinc situations, two environments that are often encounter during their environmental propagation.
