Glass-to-Glass Latency Dataset for Mobile Devices

This dataset contains glass-to-glass latency measurements collected from various commercial mobile devices. The measurements were performed using a custom experimental setup consisting of an LED signal generator and a photodiode sensor to detect the visual response after passing through the entire video capture, processing, transmission, and display chain. The devices include smartphones and handheld consoles from different brands and models, tested in both preview and video recording modes. Each entry provides the raw photodiode signal and the corresponding latency value, measured in microseconds. This dataset aims to support research on end-to-end video pipeline delays in real-world conditions for mobile platforms.
本数据集包含从多款商用移动设备采集的屏到屏延迟(glass-to-glass latency)测量数据。本次测量采用定制化实验装置完成,该装置由LED信号发生器与光电二极管传感器组成,用于检测信号经由完整视频捕获、处理、传输及显示链路后的视觉响应。测试设备涵盖不同品牌与型号的智能手机及掌上游戏机,且分别在预览模式与视频录制模式下完成测试。每条数据条目均包含原始光电二极管信号与对应的延迟值,延迟值以微秒为单位。本数据集旨在为移动平台真实场景下的端到端视频链路延迟相关研究提供支撑。
