Gene expression changes in mouse breast tumor tissue (EMT6) after anti-PD-L1 resistance

RNA sequencing analysis was used to identify changes in mouse breast tumor tissues (EMT6) resistant to anti-PD-L1 (PDR). Overall design: EMT6 mouse breast tumor cells were implanted 5 x 10^5 in Balb/c mice mammary fat pads on day 0. Continuous treatment with anti-mouse-PD-L1 or isotype control began on day 1 every 3 days until tumors reached institutional endpoint where primary and metastatic tumor tissues were collected for sequencing analysis.
