Root-associated fungal communities on five distant small islands

Metabarcoding results for root associated fungi in roots of plant species in five small islands. Sequencing was done using Illumina MySeq 300. The raw number of reads for each ASV for each plant species is provided. Information on the island in which each plant species was sampled is included in the data_dictinory.csv file. BG = Berlenga Grande, DP = Dapnhe, FR = Fregate, NR = Na Redona, MC = Montaña Clara.本数据集包含5座小型岛屿中植物根系相关真菌的元条形码（metabarcoding）测序结果。测序采用Illumina MySeq 300平台完成。 每份植物样本的各扩增子序列变异（ASV, Amplicon Sequence Variant）的原始读段数量均已提供。 各植物样本的采样岛屿信息已收录于data_dictinory.csv文件中。 缩写对应关系如下：BG = Berlenga Grande，DP = Dapnhe，FR = Fregate，NR = Na Redona，MC = Montaña Clara。
