Anchialine animal microbial ecology

These datasets accompany the paper "Animal-microbe ecology in the Hawaiian anchialine ecosystem".<br>There are data files associated with the grazing experiment, diel surveys, and fatty acid analysis and accompany R code.<br>There are also files associated with the output of the PERMANOVA analysis: for both the V6 and V9 analyses, samples with analyzed at 4 "levels" of grouping samples, so there is an output file associated with each level of analysis (Level 1 is the most coarse and level 4 is the most fine).
