资源简介:
This dataset includes measurements for the Jacob’s Working Curve of BioRes-Silicone and electrocardiogram (ECG) recordings from in-vivo heart rate modulation experiments. For the Jacob’s Working Curve, three types of data were collected: (1) power readings obtained at the beginning of the experiment using a power meter; (2) exposure time which was set via MATLAB code (Mathworks); and (3) thickness measurement taken manually with a digital caliper (Neiko) capable of measuring to two decimal places. The Jacob’s Working Curve enables the use of BioRes-Silicone on other digital light processing (DLP) 3D-printing systems. The ECG data were collected from an adult ChAT-Cre (homozygous) × ChR2 (homozygous) mouse to observe heart rate reduction in response to blue light stimulation of channelrhodopsin-2 (ChR2) in the vagus nerve. Recordings were acquired using a PowerLab 2/26 bioamplifier (ADInstruments) and processed in LabChart software (ADInstruments). The final .txt file was exported directly from LabChart. These data confirm the nerve cuff successfully stimulates the vagus nerve.
