This paper provides a "new" Cosmological prediction that the standard model can't. The use of the Quantum Gravity Model Framework, was used entirely to make this prediction possible. With this research, I hope that we get a better understanding of the universe we live in.本论文提出了一项标准宇宙学模型无法实现的“全新”宇宙学预言。此项预言的推导完全依托量子引力模型框架（Quantum Gravity Model Framework）得以完成。藉由此项研究，笔者期望能够增进人类对自身所处宇宙的认知与理解。
