The Regulator, taking into account that specified in the National Numbering Plan, shall grant the right of use of numbering to an electronic communications merchant for commercial activities in the electronic communications sector. The national numbering plan shall determine the structure and format of the number for its identification and routing, the procedures for drawing up the number, as well as the purposes and means of using the numbering. The State Joint Stock Company “Electronic Communications” maintains information on the allocated and available numbering resources, which is available in the Numeration Database.
