RNA-seq was used to study the transcriptional landscape of CD8 T cells in locally advanced melanoma patients treated with neo-adjuvant/adjuvant Pembrolizumab. Overall design: CD8 naive and Non naive cells were sorted from PBMC and tumor samples from advanced melanoma patients treated with neo-adjuvant/adjuvant Pembrolizumab and transcriptional profiles were assayed using RNAseq for comparison analysis
