Re-evaluation of the critical concentration of Isoniazid and Rifampicin among M. tuberculosis strains isolated from patients using wild-type MIC distribution

The study was carried out to determine the type of genes and their mutation involved in the development of resistant phenotypes among the wild type isolates used in this study and to correlate with the level of resistance using next generation sequencing technique (NGS).
