Duke Spleen Data Set

CT and MRI images with associated binary spleen segmentation masks; includes axial and coronal images, MRI includes SSFSE and T1w opposed phase contrasts; includes a range of normal and abnormal spleen sizes and shapes in the setting of chronic liver disease.本数据集包含配套二分类脾脏分割掩码（binary spleen segmentation masks）的计算机断层扫描（CT, Computed Tomography）与磁共振成像（MRI, Magnetic Resonance Imaging）图像；其中涵盖轴位与冠状位图像，磁共振成像部分包含单次激发快速自旋回波（SSFSE, Single-shot Fast Spin Echo）序列及T1加权反相位对比成像序列；数据集收录了慢性肝病背景下多种正常与异常的脾脏尺寸及形态样本。
