SynDrep: The causal-only pharmacome with drug-drug relations.

The data to load the causal-only pharmacome adapted for the Human Brain Pharmacome and enriched with drug-drug relations (averaged form databses such as DrugcombDB, DrugcombPortal, and SYNERGxDB or predicted through the random forest classification of drug combinations, based on HolE embeddings). The data can be loaded into neo4j instances using the command in Command.txt file本数据集为适配人类脑药物组（Human Brain Pharmacome）的仅因果型药物组学数据，补充了药物-药物相互关系。该类关系数据既可整合自DrugcombDB、DrugcombPortal及SYNERGxDB等数据库并经平均处理，亦可基于HolE嵌入（HolE embeddings）通过药物组合的随机森林分类预测得到。 可通过Command.txt文件中记载的命令，将该数据集导入neo4j实例。
