Interagency Ocean Policy Task Force Data

Data presented here are comments from stakeholders to the Interagency Ocean Policy Task Force. Data from public meetings, roundtables, and general comments were made available to the general public on the Task Force's website. More than 5000 separate comments from private citizens, scientists, law and policy experts, non-profit and industry organizations, leaders of local, state, and tribal governments, and members of the US Congress were documented by the Task Force. Comments could be submitted directly into the web form on the Task Force’s website, by uploading a pdf to the website, by faxing them to the Council on Environmental Quality, or by submitting verbal, handwritten or typed comments at public meetings.
