Dataset for Narduzzi & Zucca et al, 2026

This is the dataset associated with the MS post-analysis of the manuscript "Weak interactions drive differential proteome demixing and tune the response to perturbations" from Narduzzi & Zucca et al., 2026. This contains the reports exported from spectronaut together with the proteomes and database versions used in the original analysis for the paper.本数据集配套于Narduzzi与Zucca等人2026年发表的研究稿件《弱相互作用驱动蛋白质组差异分相并调节对扰动的响应》的质谱（Mass Spectrometry, MS）后分析工作。 本数据集包含从Spectronaut导出的分析报告，以及该研究原始分析中所使用的蛋白质组数据与数据库版本信息。
