The result of a numerical model of forecasting the ocean surcot forced by an atmospheric model and incorporating a simulation of the tide. Calculations on a curvilinear grid of variable resolution, about 1 km along the French coast. Parameters provided: instant overcoat, maximum surcharge over the last 3 hours, maximum surcharge over the previous 24 hours (every 24 hours).
Outputs in the form of 2D forecast fields up to 102 hours of maturity on the Channel/near Atlantic/North Sea domains (43°N/62°N/9°W/10°E), and Mediterranean (35°N/45°N/6W/17E).
