Data and materials for: A source-verifiability workflow for reporting-guideline item sets

This dataset contains the Protocol-v5 post-verbatim-audit package for a methods/meta-research study of source-verifiability in reporting-guideline item-set sources. The package includes the locked route-stratified source frame, independent Stage A source-retrieval returns, locked canonical source packets, independent Stage B strict locator coding returns, Yuning Gong source-reopening adjudication workbook, dual-reviewer verbatim-excerpt audit workbooks from Jinze Li and Ziqi Wang, post-audit component dataset, endpoint summaries, display tables, manuscript files, and clean reproducibility scripts. The post-screen/audit retained endpoint was 17/60 complete objects and 156/360 component rows. The previous source-reopened provisional endpoint of 57/60 objects and 350/360 rows was superseded after verbatim-excerpt audit. All 194 flagged rows were downgraded by both reviewers.本数据集包含针对报告指南条目集来源的来源可验证性（source-verifiability）方法学与元研究的Protocol-v5逐字审核后数据包。该数据包涵盖锁定的路径分层来源框架、独立Stage A来源检索结果、锁定的标准来源数据包、独立Stage B严格定位编码结果、龚宇宁（Yuning Gong）来源重新复核工作簿、李锦泽（Jinze Li）与王子琪（Ziqi Wang）编制的双审稿人逐字摘录审核工作簿、审核后组件数据集、终点汇总、展示表格、手稿文件以及可复现的整洁脚本。经筛选与审核后保留的终点为60个完整对象中的17个，以及360个组件行中的156行。此前经来源重新复核得到的临时终点（60个对象中的57个、360行组件中的350行）在逐字摘录审核后被替代。所有被标记的194行数据均被两名审稿人降级处理。
