Random data sets that were obtain in the evaluation of True Random Number Generators in scope of the HECTOR project. Sets were both obtained under stress and in normal operation. Results of statistical tests (AIS31) are included.
本批随机数据集源自HECTOR项目框架下对真随机数生成器（True Random Number Generators）的评估工作。所有数据集均分别在应力工况与正常运行工况下采集获取，且包含AIS31统计测试的结果。
