Map Viewing Service (WMS) of the data batch: Land transport noise in the Meuse department

SOUND RATING & STRATEGICAL NOISE CARDS Decree No. 2011-2612 of 20 December 2011 classifies land transport infrastructure in the Meuse department according to their acoustic characteristics and traffic (L. 571-10 of the Environmental Code). Land transport infrastructure is categorised into 5 categories according to the level of noise they generate, with category 1 being the noisest. A noise-affected area is defined around each classified infrastructure. On the basis of this census, it shall determine, after consulting the municipalities, the sectors, in the vicinity of these infrastructures, affected by noise, the noise levels to be taken into account and the technical requirements to be applied when constructing a building in order to mitigate exposure to such nuisances. These sectors must be reported in the graphical documents of the Urban Local Plans. Decree No 6571-2018 of 20 November 2018 acts the Strategic Noise Maps of the Meuse department concerned by the third deadline of Directive 2002/49/EC (in particular transposed in the Order of 4 April 2006).噪声评级与战略噪声卡片集 2011年12月20日发布的第2011-2612号政令，依据《环境法典（Environmental Code）》第L.571-10条，按照声学特性与交通流量对默兹省（Meuse）的陆地交通基础设施开展分类工作。陆地交通基础设施按其产生的噪声等级划分为5个类别，其中第1类为噪声最高的类别。每一处完成分类的基础设施周边均划定噪声影响区域。基于此次噪声基础设施普查成果，相关行政主体需在征询各市镇意见后，确定上述基础设施周边受噪声影响的区域、需纳入考量的噪声限值标准，以及为减轻此类噪声侵扰而在建筑施工环节需遵循的技术要求。上述划定的噪声影响区域需纳入城市地方规划（Urban Local Plans）的图示文档中。 2018年11月20日发布的第2018-6571号政令，负责落实受《欧盟2002/49/EC指令（Directive 2002/49/EC）》第三时限要求约束的默兹省战略噪声地图编制工作；该指令已通过2006年4月4日政令完成国内法转化。
