THE IMPORTANCE OF PERSONAOLITY-ORIENTED LEARNING AND ROLE-PLAYING AND SOCIAL ACTIVITIES IN DEVELOPING STUDENTS' LEADERSHIP SKILLS

This article examines pedagogical mechanisms for developing leadership qualities among students in modern higher education institutions, with a focus on learner-centered approaches. The social and psychological essence of leadership is analyzed, and the significance of designing educational processes aimed at fostering leadership qualities through well-structured pedagogical technologies is substantiated. Particular attention is paid to innovative forms of instruction, role-playing activities, group-based learning, and interactive methods as effective tools for developing goal orientation, initiative, responsibility, communicative competence, and organizational skills in students.
