Coal mines

The dataset ‘coal mines’ shows the thirteen mining seats that the Netherlands has known. The oldest was the Domaniale mine in Kerkrade which already produced in the 19th century. The latter was put into production in 1928. At the end of 1974 the last coal was removed from the Limburg soil and the last mine closed. The map is based on data from the website De Mijnen.nl, made available on 11-4-2016.本数据集「煤矿 (coal mines)」收录了荷兰历史上存在过的13处煤矿矿区。其中历史最悠久的是位于凯尔克拉德 (Kerkrade) 的多马尼亚尔煤矿 (Domaniale mine)，其煤炭开采活动早在19世纪便已开展；投产最晚的煤矿则于1928年正式投入生产。1974年末，最后一批煤炭从林堡省 (Limburg) 的地下被开采完毕，全国最后一座煤矿也随之关停。本数据集附带的地图基于De Mijnen.nl网站于2016年4月11日公开的数据集制作而成。
