Benchmark dataset and analysis artifacts for zsasa v0.12.1

Curated benchmark dataset and analysis artifacts for zsasa v0.12.1, a high-throughput solvent-accessible surface area (SASA) engine. This is revision 3 of the v0.12.1 archive; it supersedes revision 2 (10.5281/zenodo.23893502). Extract all six tarballs into the same directory to rebuild the repository layout under zsasa-benchmarks/: zsasa-benchmarks-code-and-tables.tar.gz: scripts, manifests, configuration, documentation and summary tables zsasa-benchmarks-inputs.tar.gz: source structures of the single-file benchmark zsasa-benchmarks-figures.tar.gz: rendered figures zsasa-benchmarks-database.tar.gz: benchmark evidence database zsasa-benchmarks-afdb-dimers.tar.gz: delta-SASA of 623,242 AFDB/NVIDIA human dimer models zsasa-benchmarks-sasa-explorer.tar.gz: polar/apolar SASA of the dimer models and of 550,122 SwissProt AFDB models (zsasa v0.13.0) afdb_heterodimers.parquet, afdb_homodimers.parquet and swissprot.parquet are the tables behind the SASA explorer on the zsasa website, also included as separate files. ZENODO_ARCHIVE_MANIFEST-curated.md and SHA256SUMS list the checksums. Changes in revision 3: adds workflows/sasa-explorer/ and the three tables above. The other parts are unchanged, and no reported benchmark value changed. See ARCHIVE.md for the history of earlier revisions. License: CC-BY-4.0.
