IODP Expedition 353 Titration

Various chemical constituents (most commonly chloride) were measured by titration using either an autotitrator (chloride) or a manual titrator (other compounds). Chloride was measured by ion-selective electrode and a silver nitrate titration until all chloride is bound as silver chloride.本数据集采用滴定法对多种化学成分进行检测，其中最常见的检测对象为氯离子（chloride）：针对氯离子使用自动滴定仪（autotitrator），针对其他化合物则采用手动滴定仪（manual titrator）。氯离子的检测采用离子选择电极（ion-selective electrode）法与硝酸银（silver nitrate）滴定法，直至所有氯离子均结合为氯化银（silver chloride）。
