Social Housing Financing Plans (Resources) by Region 2016-2018

The dataset presents, by region, the distribution of resources in the financing plans for the construction/acquisition of family social housing on average over the period 2016-2018. The average cost prices per region over the same period and for the same transactions are also indicated.

These data are from the Caisse des Dépôts.

They are also valued in the annual publication of the Atlas of Housing and Territories (Banques des Territoires), see reference below.

For overseas departments, the subsidy line includes the CIDoM tax credit.

_Attention_: this dataset is not updated on a regular basis. A dataset presenting the distribution of jobs in the financing plans for construction operations over the period 2017-2019 is also available.
