A vehicle.km = the movement of a vehicle over the distance of one km on the road network of the entity. The estimate is in line with the figures published by the SPFMT(‘General Census of Circulation 2005’ Brochure No. 32 and above all its Supplement Brochure No. 37). which are in addition to the Five-Year Census published since 1949 in accordance with the rules of the Economic and Social Council for Europe of the United Nations in Geneva. Depending on the road network concerned, different methods are used.车辆·千米（vehicle·km）：指某主体所辖道路网络内，车辆单次通行1千米的位移量。本估算数据与SPFMT发布的《2005年交通总普查》（第32号及以上版本，尤以其第37号补充手册为准）中的相关数据保持一致。该类数据为自1949年起依据联合国日内瓦欧洲经济及社会理事会规则发布的五年一次普查之外的补充统计成果。针对所涉及的不同道路网络，本次测算采用了差异化的方法。
