Dataset for germ-free mouse endocrine and body-composition phenotyping after ovariectomy

This embargoed dataset contains body weight, uterine weight and subcutaneous fat measurements collected from germ-free mice assigned to sham, ovariectomy and ovariectomy plus estradiol supplementation groups over a 12-week experimental period.
