Number of Days Required to Estimate Habitual Activity using wrist-worn GENEActiv Accelerometer: A Cross-Sectional Study.

The data-set uploaded is a subset of data (data only on those with accelerometer information) from the Mitchelstown cohort, Ireland. The data-set is in long format, sorted by participant ID and day of the week. For some of the analysis this format had to be changed to wide through STATA's collapse command.
