Our experiments have found that Pseudomonas aeruginosa SJTD-1 could degrade n-alkane; therefore, sequencing of this strain is tried to find and determine the steriod degradation pathway genes and the regulatory genes, to compare its genome seuqence with other environmental samples and find its special characterics.
