On the basis of the order of the Kharkiv Mayor of 21.10.202 and Ü 194 "On Approval of the Regulations on Data Sets of the Kharkiv City Council", the publication of open data sets of the information manager on the Kharkiv Open Data Portal was organized, which, according to the Harvesting procedure, are automatically placed on the Unified State Open Data Portal in the office of the administrator "Kharkiv City Council".依据哈尔科夫市市长202年10月21日签署的第Ü194号《关于批准〈哈尔科夫市议会数据集管理规定〉的行政命令》，相关单位已组织在哈尔科夫开放数据门户（Kharkiv Open Data Portal）发布信息管理员所持有的开放数据集；上述数据集将依据数据采集流程（Harvesting procedure），自动同步至统一国家开放数据门户（Unified State Open Data Portal）中哈尔科夫市议会管理员的管理栏目下。
