Movement pattern trajectories data

This data was obtained by tracking the movement of each individual <em>Oophaga pumilio</em> frog for 5 min in an open field circular arena. The trajectories were obtained with the tracking software DORIS v.2020. Each file consists of an x and y coordinate for each frame of the recording. As the files were recorded with a camera with a 120 fps frame rate, each file has 36000 individual coordinates (x and y) and their corresponding time in seconds (time). The name of each trajectory file corresponds to the frog ID.
