Replication Data for: Evaluation of early antibiotic use in non-severe COVID-19 patients admitted with low risk of bacterial infection

The data included in this dataset is clinical information of 2501 COVID-19 patients who admitted to four hospitals in Hubei province, China from Dec 31st, 2019 to Mar 31st, 2020. The dataset is composed of data related to basic demographic characteristics, symptoms, comorbidities, treatments, and lab data on admission of COVID-19 patients during hospitalization. All the data collected from the electronic medical system and laboratory information system. All of the patient's information is de-identified.
