Alignment of partial sequences of the CHD gene located in the Z-chromosome of Gyps fulvus, Milvus migrans and Neophron percnopterus

DNA sequences of the CHD-Z fragments of Gyps fulvus, Milvus migrans and Neophron percnopterus used for design of LAMP primers suitable for sex determination. These sequences were obtained after Sanger sequencing of the CHD-Z fragments obtained by PCR using 2550F and 2718R primers (Fridolfsson & Ellegren 1999)

本数据集包含用于设计适用于性别鉴定的环介导等温扩增（Loop-Mediated Isothermal Amplification，LAMP）引物的白背兀鹫（Gyps fulvus）、黑鸢（Milvus migrans）及埃及秃鹫（Neophron percnopterus）的CHD-Z片段DNA序列。上述序列通过使用2550F与2718R引物（Fridolfsson & Ellegren 1999）经聚合酶链式反应（Polymerase Chain Reaction，PCR）扩增得到CHD-Z片段后，再经桑格测序（Sanger sequencing）获得。
