How does spiritual leadership motivate hotel employees' internal innovation and entrepreneurial behavior? The dual mediation effect of spiritual welfare

The data of the empirical analysis is from 573 employee questionnaires from star-rated hotels in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, and other areas of China.The study provides a research paradigm for the influence mechanisms of spiritual leadership in the context of the hotel industry. The intermediate mechanism of spiritual leadership affecting hotel employees' innovation and entrepreneurship is deeply analyzed.
