These are the raw data (Excel and Medcalc files) of the abovementionned article. In brief, we have calibrated five immunoassays for PTH with a candidate LC-MS/MS reference method on a panel of 39 pooled samples. Then we have verified the robustness of this calibration with two different sets of samples from non-CKD, CKD and HD patients measured at two timepoints and compared the recalibrated immunoassays vs. the results we obtained with the LC-MS/MS. Our results show that recalibrated immunoassays align correctly together and with the LC-MS/MS.
本数据集为上述研究文章的原始数据,包含Excel文件与Medcalc文件。简言之,本研究采用候选液相色谱-串联质谱(Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry, LC-MS/MS)参考方法,针对39份混合样本组,对5种甲状旁腺激素(Parathyroid Hormone, PTH)免疫测定方法完成了校准。随后,我们使用来自非慢性肾脏病(Chronic Kidney Disease, CKD)、慢性肾脏病患者及血液透析(Hemodialysis, HD)患者的两套不同样本,在两个时间点进行检测,验证了该校准方案的稳健性,并将重新校准后的免疫测定结果与LC-MS/MS检测结果进行了对比。研究结果表明,重新校准后的免疫测定方法彼此之间以及与LC-MS/MS检测结果均保持一致。
