资源简介:
SDFE has released four years old historical summer ortho-photos: 1999, 2002, 2005, 2008. The four vintages are nationwide and displayed as free data that can be used by all.
The four nationwide summer ortho-photos complement the series of spring sortophotos that SDFE already exhibits as free data in WMS Spring Images Ortophoto — GeoDanmark.
Sommerortophotos have been absorbed after the trees, unlike earlier ortho-photos in the past (around 1 May). The pixel size for the years 1999, 2002, 2005 is 40 cm, while it is 12.5 cm for 2008.
Summer ortho-photo is typically photographed from 10 May to 31 July each year. The period may be extended for periods of 2 weeks if it cannot be completed within the original photo window. Denmark is divided into 53 geographical blocks divided into typically 3 lots/contracts.
Summer ortho-photo allows objects in the landscape to be viewed nationwide via pilotage images.
SDFE identifies market needs, carries out joint procurement, quality assurance and distributes summer ortho-photos as one of the management bases primarily for use in the Agricultural Agency’s management of subsidy schemes.
In equal years, there are typically 8-10 public authorities involved in the procurement and, in odd years, typically 3 authorities. This is reflected in the solution on summer ortho-photo, which is typically 20 cm GSD in equal years and 25 cm GSD in odd years. Accuracy is better than 2 pixels RMSE.
Data is distributed via two web services:
A temporary service showing summer ortho-photo in a version that meets the same geometric accuracy as the final service, but where contrast and colour conditions are not adjusted, nor is the view between images final. Data is blocked in service in line with production. Typically, a block of 32 call days is displayed after it has been photographed.
When the approved final summer ortho-photos are delivered from manufacturers, they are typically added after 62 calendar days after the block in question is completed also in the temporary service, thus blocking the temporary data.
Once all final data are ready, they are typically copied in October to the final web service and approximately 1 month later closes the temporary service.
Stakeholders’ payment for rights of use typically also covers 3 years of web distribution. Every year in November, it is assessed whether older services still need to be driven or whether they need to be closed to the next year’s changeover.
