The Word file contains 22 figures and 7 tables present the results of the optimization of extraction and purificatiom processes of pectins from carrot pomace using Natural Deep Eutectic Solvents (NADES) as the environment of the extraction procedures. Two models of optimization were applied and the results of experiments were compared, i.e. Box-Behnken model vs. I-optimal model.
