Raw sequence reads of gut microbiota in Shinisaurus crocodilurus

We assessed the association of gut microbiota in crocodile lizards with differences in diet and health by comparing fecal microbiota of groups of sick and healthy individuals in captivity with a group of wild lizards using high-throughput 16S rDNA sequencing.
