CD44 and CD29 Expression in TP53 and PTEN KO bMSCs – Flow Cytometry Data (Fig 6B)

Flow cytometry analysis of surface markers CD29 (APC) and CD44 (FITC) in wild-type (WT) bovine mesenchymal stem cells and CRISPR knockout cells targeting TP53 and PTEN, along with a non-targeting control sgRNA (nc74). Knockout cells maintained surface marker expression levels comparable to WT controls, while the non-targeting control showed a slight reduction. For WT cells, controls include unstained cells, CD29-only stained, and CD44-only stained samples. All other samples were double-stained (CD29+CD44) for compensation.
