Cloning and Function of Key Enzyme Genes HrHEMA, HrPOR and HrCAO in the Biosynthesis Pathway of Hosta Chlorophyll. Hosta hybrid cultivar

The compound color Hosta Regal Splendour was used as the material in this study. The key enzyme gene of chlorophyll biosynthesis pathway was cloned and the function of the protein was predicted. VIGS expression vector was constructed and Regal Splendour was transformed. The expression of RNA of three genes was analyzed . The chloroplast ultrastructure of yellow and green parts of the same leaf was observed and analyzed. Finally, the indicators of different transgenic tobacco strains were determined and analyzed under different illumination conditions
