liver transcriptional changes with rs6190 SNP genotype (R24K in GR protein)

this dataset encompasses the transcriptomic changes elicited in liver tissues of 4-months-old mice with either the artificially-knock-in rs6190 genotype, or the control non-mutant (WT) genotype. Overall design: Mice were obtained and interbred from the CCHMC Transgenic Core through CRISPR-mediated genomic engineering. Analyses were performed at ~16 weeks of age, comparing livers from littermate female mice homozygous for the SNP or homozygous for the reference allele. Tissues were harvested at ~ZT4.
