ISSUES OF EFFECTIVE USE AND PROTECTION OF CULTURAL HERITAGE SITES WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY

This scientific article analyzes the issues of effective use and protection of cultural heritage objects in Uzbekistan within the framework of the Development Strategy. The “Development Strategy of New Uzbekistan” for the development of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2022-2026 is literally shown as an integral continuation of previous reforms, and the goals set for cultural heritage objects, along with all areas within its scope, are discussed. The theoretical and practical aspects of the implemented legislative framework in this regard are also presented. The establishment of international cooperation in their protection and use is shown as the result of the work being carried out in this direction.本学术论文基于《新乌兹别克斯坦发展战略（Development Strategy of New Uzbekistan）》框架，对乌兹别克斯坦文化遗产遗存（cultural heritage objects）的有效利用与保护相关议题展开分析。该战略作为乌兹别克斯坦共和国2022-2026年的发展规划，被明确表述为此前改革的有机延续，本文同时探讨了该战略覆盖的全部领域及针对文化遗产遗存设定的相关目标。此外，本文还阐述了该领域已落地法律框架的理论与实践层面。文中同时指出，在文化遗产保护与利用领域构建国际合作，正是当前该方向推进工作所取得的成果。
