MemBrain v2 Polyribosome Example Usecase

This dataset corresponds to the example polyribosome chain analysis we show in our MemBrain v2 publication.

It contains:- .obj files for mesh surfaces- ..._cluster.star files for per-membrane positions and angles obtained from subtomogram averaging (in STOPGAP, converted to RELION format) of MemBrain-pick predictions- ..._nearest_neighbor.star files containing MemBrain-stats outputs, with nearest neighbor distances and in-plane angles between neighbors- CytoER_14.mrc: Ribosome map obtained from subtomogram averaging

本数据集对应我们在MemBrain v2学术论文中展示的多核糖体链分析示例。
该数据集包含以下内容：
- 用于网格表面的.obj文件；
- 后缀为_cluster.star的文件：存储对MemBrain-pick预测结果进行子断层平均（subtomogram averaging），采用STOPGAP软件处理并转换为RELION格式后得到的单膜位置与角度信息；
- 后缀为_nearest_neighbor.star的文件：包含MemBrain-stats的输出结果，涵盖最近邻距离以及相邻颗粒间的平面内角度；
- CytoER_14.mrc：通过子断层平均得到的核糖体图谱。
