MedCAGD-Dataset-Collection is a curated collection of multiple publicly available medical image segmentation datasets designed for training and evaluating segmentation models. These datasets encompass a diverse array of medical imaging modalities, including computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), dermoscopy, endoscopy, ultrasound, fundoscopy, and microscopy images. Each dataset is stored in an independent subfolder, adhering to either its original inherent structure or a standardized format established within this project. This dataset collection supports a wide spectrum of medical image segmentation tasks, such as cardiac structure segmentation, thyroid nodule segmentation, skin lesion segmentation, gastrointestinal polyp segmentation, breast tumor segmentation, retinal vessel segmentation, and microscopy cell segmentation. The incorporated datasets include ACDC-2D-Slices, Synapse Multi-Organ Segmentation Dataset, ThyroidXL, ISIC2017, ISIC2018, BKAI, ClinicDB, ColonDB, ETIS, Kvasir, BUSI, DRIVE, FIVES, CHASEDB, LES-AV, STARE, UOA-DR, and CellSeg. These datasets are utilized for benchmarking segmentation performance and are associated with research works related to the MCADS decoder and the MedCAGD framework.
