Mapping Counts to W22 Reference

These data contain the raw counts (number of sequence reads) that mapped to Busco genes, non-Busco genes, TEs, knob (+CentC) repeats, rDNA (+tDNA) repeats, and B chromosomes for each of 33 resequenced plants. The gff files are provided in the text of the paper and in the gff files in this folder.
